The Fast-Track Diagnostics process focuses on assessing IT efficiency (ITe), a unique indicator we’ve developed to quickly measure the performance of your IT systems. Here’s how it works:

1. Evaluate a recent functionality: We select recent business functionalities which have been implemented and are having a significant business impact. This ensures the assessment is meaningful and relevant to your operations.
2. Assess the resources used: We analyse the resources (costs, manpower, time) required to deploy these functionalities, providing a clear picture of the effort involved.
3. Compare with ideal state: We estimate the resources that would have been required if your IT ecosystem was state-of-the-art. Naturally, these ideal resource levels will be lower than the actual ones used in legacy or less efficient environments.
4. Calculate IT Efficiency (ITe): We divide actual resources by ideal resources to determine your ITe score. An ITe of 70% or more indicates high IT efficiency, while a score between 20% and 30% suggests there is significant room for improvement due to technical debt or outdated systems.
